SIBU: Education workers in Saratok should adapt to changes in fulfilling their responsibilities as civil servants with authority and integrity.

“This is to ensure that school members and the Saratok District Education Office are always competitive in service delivery,” said Kalaka assemblyman Mohamad Duri.

He emphasised that the success of an organisation rests with the excellence of its employees.

He said this at the Saratok-level 2022 Ministry of Education Excellent Service Award Ceremony here, yesterday.

“Strong human capital development helps drive excellence in the administration and governance aspect of the organisation.

“The main value that needs to be embedded in the hearts of all employees is integrity,” he added.

He congratulated the 125 individuals who received the awards, in addition to the recipients of the 2022 Saratok district school excellence certificate.

Saratok District Education Officer Anis Madeli was also present.
