SIBU: Tamin Assemblyman Christopher Gira has advised the people to adhere to the movement control order announced by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to contain the spread of Covid-19.
He reminded them that two Malaysians had died due to Covid-19.
“During this time, we should spend time alone at home and work from home,” he said when contacted yesterday.
Christopher also advised the people to maintain a level of personal hygiene and regularly wash their hands with soap or hand sanitiser.
“People can only go out when they need to buy necessities. Don’t go to public places flooded with people.
“For those with symptoms such as cough, colds, fever and high body temperature, please go to the clinic and hospital for health screening,” he added.
