KUCHING: Two banners with photos of a young man, his name and handphone number hung strategically in Kuching area yesterday.
The banners, written in Bahasa Malaysia stated “Saya hutang orang banyak duit. I am sorry” (I borrowed huge amount of money from many people. I am sorry). Many believed the banners were put up by a loan shark.
