KUCHING: A 27-year-old man en route to Kuala Lumpur ended up in a police cell instead on Tuesday afternoon.
The man, who was on a 1pm flight to the federal capital, was checking in at the Kuching International Airport (KIA) counter when a security guard asked him about the content of his luggage. He said it contained a bomb.
The security guard issued him a warning before asking him to open the luggage.
After inspection, the guard decided to call the police who handcuffed and locked up the man.
