KUCHING: Sarawak will be establishing the Al-Quran and Hadith Development Centre for Muslims to study the Al-Quran in depth.

Sarawak Islamic Council (SIC) president Datuk Misnu Taha said that this was one of the initiatives of the SIC to provide a better environment for  Muslims.

“Under the new structure, our Quran teachers will be able to teach the community about the Quran.

“All Quran related activities, such as the Quran exhibition, training for the qari (male reciter) and qariah (female reciter), and many more will be held here.
