KUCHING: Sibu Hospital is looking for family members or the next-of-kin of a 27-year-old female patient, Nancy Juan. She has been warded at the female ward (22) since Aug 30 but until now, the hospital has failed to trace any of her family members.
The patient’s last known address is Rumah Nuang, Sungai Kapit in Kapit. A check with the National Registration Department (NRD) found that Nancy’s mother is identified as Siti Entara while her father is Juan Jalak. Based on NRD records, both parents are still alive.
The patient has also informed the hospital that she has two siblings — Davidson and Monnie. However, she does not have their contact numbers. The hospital is urging the patient’s family members or next-of-kin to urgently contact its Medical Social Work Unit at 082-238 818 during office hours from Monday to Friday. They may also come personally to the ward.
