MIRI: Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) destroyed a beehive hanging from an ornamental plant at a house at Jalan Pujut 2D here yesterday.
Its officer, Captain Mohd Hazle Shah Abd Hamid, in a statement here, said three personnel were dispatched to the location after receiving a complaint from the house owner at 8.40am.
He said the house owner reported that the beehive, about the size of a football, had been hanging from the plant since four months ago.
Mohd Hazle said his team took about ten minutes to destroy the beehive and the operation ended at 10.30am.
