SRI AMAN: A team of three personnel from Sri Aman Civil Defence Force (APM) rushed to a house at Jalan RTM here to send a septuagenarian to Sri Aman Hospital yesterday morning.

Its officer, Captain Siti Huzaimah Ibrahim said the elderly man was identified as Law Jin Chia, 78.

She said they received an emergency call at 10.12am and dispatched three personnel led by Syaidatul Nadia to the elderly man’s house.

“A check on Law’s condition revealed that he has breathing difficulties and is unable to walk,” she said.

Siti added that the elderly man was given treatment before being taken to the hospital for further medical attention.
