SONG: Three officers and five rank and file personnel from the Third Batallion Royal Rangers Regiment, Ninth Brigade carried out a community outreach programme at Kampung Gelam here on Tuesday.

This programme was a continuation of the Mobile Outreach Programme carried out at Dewan Penghulu Seribu, Nanga Tada, Kanowit, on Dec 10.

It will end at the Mobile Youth Transformation Vocational Programme in Kapit today (Dec 14).

The aim of this community outreach programme is to offer free health service to the rural folks in this division as well as to establish a strong bond between the Ninth Brigade and the community.

Among the services extended were free health and dental checks and the response had been overwhelming. Among those present at the event was Penghulu Kampung Gelam Sulhi Bin Ojek.
