KUCHING: Developer Ibraco Berhad’s upcoming residential development, Aster Court, will be built in Arden City, Kota Samarahan.

Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) chairman Datuk Peter Minos said the development will feature two residential towers comprising 672 units.

“The building will be surrounded by shops, malls, a medical centre, potentially a hotel, and various other convenient utilities and facilities.

“By itself, Arden City is in a strategic location being very close to Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas), Sarawak Heart Centre, Eden Care Centre and Peat Swamp Research Centre.

“Arden City will soon benefit from additional facilities, including a public hospital, the upcoming Cancer Centre, an Anti-Infectious Centre, and a Biodiversity Centre,” he said.

Additionally, he said Arden City, as a fully self-contained development with educational and medical hubs on its periphery, will become a highly desirable and preferred place to live.

“It will a gem and star for the residents,” he said, adding that when Ibraco presented the Arden City concept two years ago, it was met with enthusiasm.

“We committed our support and assistance at that time and continue to endorse any thoughtful development in Kota Samarahan that benefits the community,” he said.
