KUCHING: AZAM Sarawak recently hosted an “AYS Chill and Chat with CEO” session, where CEO Ali Suhaili engaged with AZAM Young Souls (AYS) members to gather insights and ideas for impactful programmes in the coming year.

The event provided AYS members with an opportunity to engage directly with Ali, sharing their ideas and aspirations in an open, collaborative setting.

This dialogue supports AZAM’s mission of empowering communities through participatory communication, ensuring that youth input shapes programme planning.

AYS members contributed innovative ideas and identified areas for future development, helping AZAM design initiatives that align with the needs of Sarawak’s youth.

AZAM’s Strategic Communications Manager Hassnal Hakim emphasised that youth are the organisation’s primary focus, with AYS playing a key role in developing future leaders. The session reflects AZAM’s commitment to amplifying youth voices and involving them in shaping the organisation’s direction.
