BAU: Fourteen arrests do not seem have any deterrent effect for an unemployed who was caught yet again last Thursday.
Anti-Narcotics police from the district police headquarters here nabbed the 27-year-old at Jalan Jambusan at 8.30pm for having in his possession 14.09g of what police believed was syabu.
The suspect was immediately detained under Section 39A (1) Dangerous Drugs Act (DDA) 1952, Section 12(2) and Section 15 (1) DDA 1952.
