The children are from Kuching Autistic Association (KAA), The Association for the Welfare of Intellectually Disabled Children (PERKATA), Sri Satok Community-based Rehabilitation Centre (PDK), and Sinar 1 Malaysia Community-based Rehabilitation Centre (PDK).

Parents of the children were given the chance to bring their children to buy Raya attires for the coming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, and also other necessities.

Bank Rakyat’s Headquarters Head of Public Relations and Corporate Branding, Nizam Abu Samah was present to handover the donations to the children.

Through the bank’s ‘Sinar Aidilfitri Dari Hati Ke Hati’ programme, the event is to give back to the society during the festive season.

It is also the bank’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) to reach out to the needy and lessen the burden of the less fortunate.
