KOTA SAMARAHAN: What can be possibly better than barbecued honey chicken?
Just ask 31-year-old Muhammad Shayfuddin Abu from Kampung Rampangi Phase 1 here, he has been selling barbecued honey chicken since 2003.
Shayfuddin said the barbecued honey chicken business in the Kota Samarahan area is his family business and now he is running it.
”I once had to stop this business due to the Movement Control Order (MCO).
“But that did little to my passion for the business,” he told New Sarawak Tribune, adding that he sells it at RM22 from 2pm to 10pm daily.
Technological facilities available today have been very helpful to promote his business but Shayfuddin keeps a tight rein on how he goes about it.
“I don’t have any platforms like Food Panda and so on to promote my barbecued honey chicken. I only do business at the stall,” he said.
He has no other job except for selling barbecued honey chicken full-time.
