MUKAH: Works Minister Baru Bian is scheduled to declare open PKR Mukah branch office at Mukah Biotech Economic Zone here today.
The programme will take place at 12.30pm followed by a press conference.
Baru, who is making his first visit here as a federal minister, will also attend a meet-the-people session.
He will also be meeting with heads of departments and senior officials from all federal government departments and agencies based at Wisma Persekutuan, behind the new Mukah Township.
Among the federal departments operating at the building are the National Registration Department, Land and Transport Department, Immigration Department, National Unity and Integration Department, Civil Defence Force (Apam) and the National Anti-Drug Agency.
