KUCHING: Several Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) staffs have recently been awarded prestigious certifications in the field of conference and event management.
The certifications include the Conference Management Certification Plus (CMC+), the Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM), and the Certified in Event Design (CED).
In a statement, BCCK said that Keneth Garai, Sales Manager, John Hii, Senior Sales Executive, and Dayang Masnaisa Delaila, Event Planning Coordinator, were among the recipients of the CMC+ certification.
Laila Johari, Syuriana Sadikin, Phoebe Tan, all Sales Managers, along with Haslina Ismail, Sales Executive, and Eva Douglas, Event Planning Coordinator, were awarded the CEM certification.
Additionally, Jennifer Ho, Senior Business Development Executive, received the CED certification.
The CMC+ programme is designed to provide professionals with essential knowledge and skills for success in the dynamic field of congress and event management. The CEM certification, on the other hand, is a globally recognised designation that highlights expertise in event design and the creation of immersive experiences. The CED certification is aimed at those with top-tier expertise in event planning and design, focusing on essential topics such as event strategy and innovation.
