BETONG: A total of 74 people did their bit for charity by participating in the “Jom Derma Darah” (Let’s Donate Blood) Programme here
Betong Community College director, Andrew Douglas Gudam, praised them for coming forward to donate their blood.
“We, at Betong Community College, were entrusted with organising the campaign by the Sarawak Red Crescent Society.
“We are grateful for the presence of 74 donors, which demonstrates their patriotic spirit in helping those in need,” he said.
The one-day campaign successfully collected 53 units of blood.
