KUCHING: J&T Express Sarawak has warned the public to be aware of scams where callers would claim to be its staff and request customers to make online payments for parcel delivery.
The courier service, in an announcement on Facebook today (Oct 5), informed the public that the company did not accept online transactions prior to item delivery for cash on delivery (COD) parcels.
“We would like to advise our customers to take precautions and avoid entertaining this sort of message.
