BINTULU: Seven non-governmental organisations (NGOs) here received contributions from Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad during the Stakeholder Iftar celebration held at Hotel ParkCity Everly yesterday (Apr 3).
The selected NGOs branches in Bintulu are the Iban Muslim Converts Association, Bintulu Area Fishermen’s Association (PNK), Sarawak Women’s Association Federation Bintulu – Tatau, Malaysian Islamic Welfare Association (PERKIM), Vaie Children’s Association, Senior Citizens Service Center and the Orphanage Association (PERYATIM).
The contributions were delivered by the chief executive officer of Bintulu Port Holdings Group, Ruslan Abdul Ghani, accompanied by the senior corporate services manager, Maslihah Tioh.
Approximately 200 individuals, including stakeholder representatives, senior government and private agency officials together with local media joined the celebration.
