KUALA LUMPUR: Enrich, Malaysia Airlines Frequent Flyer Programme has launched Enrich BizConnect, a partnership programme designed to create added value for business owners with a unique opportunity to engage and reward their customers with Enrich Miles for travel benefits and lifestyle privileges.
With the introduction of Enrich BizConnect, Enrich has become the pioneer in self-service loyalty points purchase portal in the region, Malaysia Airlines said in a statement today.
“Enrich BizConnect provides a seamless and faster online process that allows Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to register as partners, decide who, how and when to reward their customers.
“SME partners can leverage on Enrich’s loyalty programme, allowing incredible savings, quick and efficient start-up, with a good return on investment as compared to starting their own loyalty programme,” it said.
Malaysia Airlines group chief marketing and customer experience officer Lau Yin May said SMEs can take this opportunity to offer amazing travel and lifestyle rewards to their customers, building on their brand equity while nurturing positive relationships with their customers.
“Our platform is aimed at enhancing the capabilities of SMEs in their business offerings while fostering positive engagements with their target markets,” she said.
In conjunction with the launch, Enrich is offering special incentives for business owners to kick start their programme, where the first 50 eligible sign-ups with a minimum purchase of RM1,000 will get 2,000 Enrich Miles, while those who purchase RM5,000 and above will enjoy 20 per cent Bonus Enrich Miles.
