KUCHING: The Blood Bank of Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is appealing to all to donate blood to ensure continuous and sufficient blood supply for patients.
SGH’s head of the Transfusion and Blood Bank Service Department, Mohd Borhan Ahmad Ulis said the blood stock is at safe level but due to the incoming festive season, the blood supply is expected to decrease.
“The Blood Bank Mobile Unit will be available at Sarawak Heart Centre at Kota Samarahan from 9am to 1pm on Tuesday (Dec 17).
“The mobile unit will also be at Kuching South City Council (MBKS) Community Hall, Jalan Padungan here from 9am to 3pm on Saturday (Dec 19) and Sunday (Dec 20),” he said.
