KUCHING: Sukarelawan Jalanan Sarawak (SJS) hopes to get 120 pints of blood for Sarawak General Hospital’s Blood Bank.
The blood drive is in conjunction with Merdeka Day and will be held from 9am to 2pm at Civic Centre here.
“We are seeing a rise in the number of blood donors in Sarawak. However, we hope more would come forward to donate blood and save lives,” a SJS statement said.
Individuals and organisations are also welcomed to assist in any way they can to ensure such events are a success and that there is no shortage of supply at the blood bank.
