Blood donation drive June 12

KUCHING: A blood and organ donation campaign will be held in conjunction with World Blood Donor Day 2022.

Hosted by Malaysian Red Crescent SMK Bandar Kuching No 1, the drive will be held at Emart Batu Kawah on June 12 from 9 am until 1 pm.

The Chairman of Blood and Organ Donation, Malaysian Red Crescent Stampin branch Wendy Tan said the activity is aimed to prevent blood shortage at the Blood Bank.

To support the campaign, Kuching Chiang Chuan Association has sponsored goodies bags consisting packets of rice, face masks and self-test kits for successful donors.
