SIBU: The Sibu Vehicle Technicians Association is joining force with the Sibu Hospital Blood Transfusion Service Unit and the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (Sibu Chapter) to organise a blood donation campaign tomorrow (July 8).
The campaign will be held at Level 5, Rinwood Room, Hotel Kingwood from 9 am to 2 pm.
“The objective of the campaign is to assist the Blood Bank in obtaining an adequate blood supply for the use of Sibu Hospital,” the association said in a statement today.
Donors are reminded to consume sufficient amount of food and drink before they donate blood.
They are also reminded to bring their identification card, donation card or book, and be early before registration closes.
