KUCHING: The Home Financing Board (LPPSA) has resolved issues affecting house financing applications faced by federal officers in the state.
The board has agreed to change land use category to Buildings and accept receipt of full premium payment or developer’s undertaking letter according to the prescribed format.
Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) has raised the challenges faced by housing developers and house buyers from among federal government officers in the state.
