KUCHING: The Sarawak Community Policing Association (SCPA) continues to show its support towards the police throughout the statewide Covid-19 pandemic crisis.
As such, SCPA on Thursday (July 2) presented a contribution comprising one box of hand sanitisers, one box of floor disinfectants, and two hand sanitiser stands to Kota Sentosa police station.
The hand sanitizers and floor disinfectants were sponsored by Powertonix Resources Sdn Bhd, represented by its director, Clement Ling; while the hand sanitiser stands were contributed by Asteel Sdn Bhd, represented by Victor Hii, the group managing director of Asteel Group of Companies, the association said in a press statement.
“The corporate social responsibility (CSR) of Powertonix and Asteel is highly appreciated by SCPA and the Kota Sentosa police,” said SCPA.
Also present during the handover was SCPA chairman Datuk John Lau Pang Heng and ASP Syed Zainal, the officer in-charge of the police station at Kota Sentosa.
