KUCHING: Sarawak bodybuilder Ronny Buda Anchah received RM20,000 as reward for winning gold at the 54th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in the Maldives.
The 50-year-old from Sri Aman bagged gold in the Men’s 65kg and in the Men’s Masters 80kg (50 to 59 years old).
The Dayak Cultural Foundation (DCF) under the chairmanship of Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas presented the cash reward to him.
“We are very proud of Ronny Buda Anchah for bringing glory to Sarawak and the Dayak community,” said DCF.
