KOTA PADAWAN: The Junior Chambers International (JCI) Padawan recently celebrated its eighth installation ceremony under Douglas Bong’s tenure as the new president and with its Board of Directors.
Bong said that it is in the process of contributing without expecting anything in return that we build confidence in ourselves.
“This not only expands our networks and influence but also fosters trust with others, bringing value both within and beyond our JCI experience,” he said in a statement recently.
Bong also unveiled his slogan for the year, “Together, we breakthrough,” highlighting his vision for 2024.
“I chose this slogan to remind everyone that this year, we should all allow ourselves to break through barriers,” he added.
Also present were Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap Yau Sin, 2023 JCI Padawan president Vincent Tang Chia Jun and 2024 JCI Malaysia National vice president Tan Chin Jie.
