KUCHING: The Borneo Cultures Museum welcomed some 1,000 visitors on the first day of its opening on Wednesday (March 9).

At noon Thursday (March 10), the museum — the biggest in the country — already recorded 700 visitors, and the number was expected to increase later in the day.

This positive response is expected to continue. In addition to buying tickets online, the public can also buy them at the museum counter. Only 500 visitors are allowed at any one time.
