MIRI: Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu Sarawak (PBB) Women Senadin branch successfully distributed 350 packs of bubur lambuk to the residents here on today.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shin, who is also Senadin assemblyman, commended the women’s wing for their exceptional effort in preparing 350 packs of bubur lambuk for the residents in Permyjaya.
“Their dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and their commitment to serving others is truly commendable,” he said.
The programme was held at Masjid Ar-Rayyan Permyjaya, Miri at around 4 pm.
Lee said their initiatives highlighted the importance of their efforts in bringing people together through food.
He said the collaborative effort put into making bubur lambuk created a sense of unity and camaraderie among the volunteers.
“By distributing this meal, we are not only providing sustenance to those in need but also demonstrating our commitment to supporting one another.
“The shared experience of preparing and distributing bubur lambuk fosters a sense of belonging and connectedness among all those involved. It is through acts of kindness and generosity like this that we can truly build and sustain meaningful relationships within our community.” he added.
