SRI AMAN: A total of 895 Section 18 of the KTN for the Bukit Begunan area land titles were handed over to 448 landowners.
According to Deputy Minister for Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment, Datuk Len Talif Salleh, this was an ongoing effort by the government to issue land titles through the New Initiative Native Customary Rights (NCR) Land Measurement Programme.
“The government always looks after the welfare of the people and improves their needs as well as the state for the wellbeing and quality of life of the people and the next generation.”
He said this during the handover ceremony on behalf of Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan at Seri Simanggang Hotel here yesterday.
“I also hope that unity among the communities will continue and the sustainability of the environment is constantly preserved.”
