MIRI: A closed-circuit television (CCTV) installed next to a seafood restaurant at Mar ina Bay Phase II here captured images of a burglar carting away several boxes of seafood from the premises early Friday morning.
The incident reportedly happened at around 3.10am. A police report on the incident has been lodged at the Miri Central Police Station (CPS).
A CCTV footage of a possible suspect was also submitted to the police to help them in their investigations.
According to sourc e s , the burglar took away cash amounting to RM236,crabs, fish and prawns from a cooler in the seafood restaurant. Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect had gained entry via the side shutter door.
