KUCHING: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will be making a two-day visit here beginning tomorrow.
Muhyiddin and his wife Puan Sri Noorainee Abdul Rahman are expected to arrive at Kuching International Airport at 9.45am.
He would then have a briefing on the Sarawak government’s direction at a hotel before heading to Stadium Perpaduan, Petra Jaya to visit the Covid-19 vaccine distribution centre.
Later, he is expected to pay a courtesy call on Head of State Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud.
Muhyiddin would then head to Borneo Convention Centre Kuching at 4.15pm to attend the ‘Wawasan Kemakmuran Bersama’ town hall session.
In the evening, he will meet Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg and other Gabungan Parti Sarawak members at the State Legislative Assembly building.
On the second day, Muhyiddin is expected to head to Institute of Teacher Education Tun Abdul Razak Campus to meet with Samarahan folk before heading to the Kota Samarahan mini stadium.
Later in the afternoon, he is expected to visit Sarawak General Hospital to see the upgrading work on the hospital.
Muhyiddin and his entourage will return to Kuala Lumpur in the evening.
