KUCHING: The State Health Department urged residents in Kuching, Samarahan and Serian who tested positive for Covid-19 to immediately call the Covid-19 Assessment Centre (CAC) if they have not been contacted by medical staff within 24 hours.
Residents in Kuching can contact the CAC located at Stadium Perpaduan which operates from Monday to Sunday as well as on public holidays from 8am to 5pm.
In Samarahan, residents can contact Kota Samarahan Civic Centre and health clinics in Asajaya, Sadong Jaya, Simunjan Bandar, Sebuyau, Gedong, and Munggu Lallang.
They operate from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. They also operate on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays from 8am to 1pm.
As for those in Serian, they can contact the Serian Division Health Office operations room and Tasik Danu Sports Complex from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (8am to 1pm).
For emergencies, contact the emergency number 999 (which is linked to the Sarawak General Hospital), Simunjan Hospital (082-803928) and Serian Hospital (082-874311) or immediately go to the nearest hospital.
