KAPIT: Educators and parents must always be prepared to equip students with the challenges of today’s educational landscape, said Minister of Works Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.

Nanta, who is also Kapit MP, said the education system in the country must be dynamic to adapt to the current educational trends.

In stating this, he called for all segments of society to cooperate to ensure the success of the younger generation.

Speaking at the SMK Song No 2 Excellence Awards Ceremony here today, he also expressed hope that students would continue to strive for academic excellence and not become complacent with their current achievements.

Meanwhile, Katibas assemblyman Lidam Assan appealed for the dedicated efforts of teachers and parents to contribute to the development of an educated generation.

He stressed that the Parent and Teacher Association (PTA) also has a vital role to play in achieving this mission.
