KUCHING: Sentosa Hospital is seeking the public’s help to locate a family member or the next of kin of a Chinese female patient named Chin Yew Chow.
According to the statement issued by the hospital, Chin, 61, has been in the hospital since 1972 and her last address was at No 34, Jalan Haji Taha.
The hospital is also searching for a family member or the next of kin of a Chinese male patient named Tan Khoon Seng for his funeral arrangements.
Tan, 70, who was admitted to the hospital in 2015 passed away on Dec 31 last year. His last address was at No 9F, Lorong 2, Jalan Tiong Hua, Sibu.
The hospital kindly seeks the public who may know Chin or her next of kin to contact Medical Social Worker, Noor Shahida Baseri @ Jalil at +082-612321 (extension 127).
The public who may know Tan or his next of kin to immediately contact the Medical Social Work Officer, Mohamad Sukran Kana at +082-612321 (extension 126) or Sick Ward (extension 228).
