KUCHING: A car was badly burnt after it was involved in a three-vehicle crash at Mile 30, Kuching-Serian Road on Friday evening.
A woman in her 40s and a teenage male passenger in the car were rushed to the Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
State Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) spokesperson said firefighters from Serian fire station were deployed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 6.48pm They found one of the vehicles on fire.
The vehicles involved in the accident were a multipurpose vehicle, a sedan and a compact car which caught fire after the crash.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
