KUCHING: A car parked at a car porch of a house in Lorong Bukit Bayor 18, Tabuan Jaya here was destroyed in a fire around 5.30pm last Friday.
According to the State Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), nine personnel from Tabuan Jaya fire station, were dispatched to the scene upon receiving an emergency call at 5.32pm.
Upon arrival at the scene at 5.38pm, the firefighters took about 30 minutes to douse the blaze.
It was reported that the car, a Perodua Kelisa, was 100 per cent destroyed and a neighbouring house, 10 per cent.
No injuries and human casualties were reported.
