KUCHING: The Kapit District Council’s multi-storey car park building equipped with an elevator at Jalan Yong Moo Chai will open to the public on April 25.
The six-storey building, which can accommodate 140 vehicles at a time, also houses food and beverage stalls and an ICT centre operated by the Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA), but only the parking area is open for public use.
No time limit and charges are set at this time until further notice by the council.
At the same time, it also requested the cooperation of users to maintain cleanliness and safety of property in the parking area.
