MIRI: A local woman was found dead on the third floor of a rented room in Centre Point 2 here on Wednesday night (September 16).
The 44 year-old was found motionless by one of her co-workers around 10.32pm after they waited for nearly one hour on the ground floor of the building for her to report for night shift.
The woman worked as a cashier at an eatery near the rented room.
An ambulance was called and paramedics pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Police personnel also arrived at the scene.
