MIRI: The Malaysia Civil Defence Force (APM) safely removed two snakes which were found hiding inside a house and a storage room yesterday morning.

The first snake was discovered inside a storeroom near Wisma Persekutuan here.

A team of APM members was dispatched to the scene upon receiving a distressed call at 9.42 am. The one-metre long python was caught in less than five minutes.

The same team was then rushed to a house in Luak and arrived there at 11.38 am.
