MIRI: The theft of a 1,250-litre stainless steel water tank from the Parents Association For Special Children (Pibakis) Centre at Lutong here on Friday night was caught on security cameras.
A two-minute CCTV video footage showed at least three thieves climbing over the centre’s wall, detaching the tank from the tube pipe before rolling it until the end of the wall and then lifting it over to the other side.
Outside the centre’s compound, two persons later carried the tank away.
Also missing during the 8.55pm incident was the centre’s water pump.
As at press time, no arrest has been made yet.
