KUCHING: Amanah Saham Sarawak Berhad (ASSB) has released the online version of its Annual Report for Amanah Saham Sarawak (ASSAR) for the financial year ending June 30, 2024.
“We encourage all unitholders to review the annual report, which provides a comprehensive overview of ASSAR’s financial performance and future direction,” said ASSB CEO Norlia Madon in a statement.
The report can be accessed on the ASSAR website, or unitholders can request a printed copy from the ASSB Kuching office or by email.
Alongside the report’s release, ASSB announced the completion of the final dividend payment of 3.5 sen per unit, totaling RM16.4 million, to all unitholders registered as of June 30, 2024.
This brings the total dividend distribution for FY2024 to 6 sen per unit, following an interim dividend of 2.5 sen per unit declared in January 2024.
“This translates to a total of RM28.1 million distributed to unitholders this year, reflecting our commitment to delivering consistent returns,” she added.
As per ASSAR’s distribution policy, dividends below RM500 were automatically reinvested at the prevailing price.
Amounts exceeding RM500 were paid by cheque, with distribution statements and tax vouchers sent to registered addresses.
