KUCHING: Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) deputy chairman Dato’ Ahmad Dato’ Sri Ibrahim declared open a Chinese Cultural Arts Festival here on Thursday.
The festival which will end on 27 March is to strengthen bilateral ties between China and Malaysia.
