KUCHING: EXE Healthcare Group, a subsidiary of YAST GROUP, and its partners — six prominent Chinese companies, including two from Hong Kong — are interested in collaborating on industry-academia-research projects in Sarawak to bring significant advancements and opportunities to the local community.

They aim to establish factories or assembly plants and implement the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme in Sarawak.

A delegation of ten members representing six Chinese companies arrived in Kuching, Sarawak, on a seven-day visit.

According to a statement from YAST GROUP, the visit aimed to deepen the understanding of the policies and requirements related to importing, distributing, and establishing factories for medical-related special vehicles and new-energy motorcycles in Sarawak.

The Second Deputy Minister of Transport, Datuk Henry Harry Jinep, expressed his unwavering support for the project when the delegation led by the founder of YAST Group, Esther Law Lee Poh, paid a courtesy visit on the Deputy Minister yesterday (May 29).
