KUCHING: It was a night to remember for several members of the Biperoh community who converged on the Whitedove Cafe, Kampung Giam,Borneo Heights Road for the Biperoh Legend reunion on Saturday.
The event enabled those from the Bidayuh Biperoh community living in several villages along the Borneo Heights Road to meet up and mingle while enjoying the music.
Present at the evening filled with music was Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin.
The Biperoh clan, one of more than 20 clans of the Bidayuh community, resides in eight villages along Borneo Heights Road in Penrissen, about 32km from Kuching.
According to unofficial estimates, there are more than 10,000 Biperoh people in these villages.
