ADHERING TO SOP

MUKAH: The Mukah community clinic is complying with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as best as it possibly can for the sake of the people.

New Sarawak Tribune yesterday noticed that the necessary arrangements had been put in place in compliance with the SOPs.

Among other things, patients coming to the clinic are required to fill in simple declaration forms stating their current health status and other details.

According to a staff member, the clinic has to be very careful in handling patients coming for treatment to avoid any unnecessary problems.

She also revealed that the clinic has to be closed between 15 to 30 minutes earlier to enable them to sanitise the office.

“This is in adhering to the SOPs and for the benefit of all of us,” she said.

On the number of patients seeking treatment, she said there has been a slight increase during the current recovery movement control order (RMCO).
