KAPIT: Two men had a close shave with death when the car they drove lost control and crashed at Jalan Kapit-Song on Wednesday night (Nov 17).
State Bomba said that a distress call about the incident was received by Kapit fire station around 7.08pm. It immediately despatched a team of rescuers to the location.
“Upon arrival at the scene, it was found out that the accident involved a car that skidded due to losing control. It crashed into a barrier on the shoulder of the road.
“Both victims were safely removed and suffered minor injuries,” the statement said.
The victims were later sent to Kapit hospital for further treatment. The operation ended at 7.20pm.
