KUCHING: Magnum will refund its customers who had purchased advanced draw tickets on March 18 to 31 following the movement control order by the government on Monday.
“All tickets bought for Draw ID: 325/20 (18 March), 326/20 (21 March), 327/20 (22 March), 328/20 (25 March), 329/20 (28 March) and 330/20 (29 March) will be refunded in one month from the date the movement control period is lifted,” said a statement yesterday.
Magnum 4D Berhad chief commercial officers Datuk Chan Chee Fai said the closure of all Magnum outlets nationwide and the suspension of all draw from March 18 to 31 was to ensure the public’s safety.
“We regret any inconvenience caused by the closure of our outlets.
“This is an unprecedented occurrence. Our nation’s health and wellbeing have always been our priority,” he said.
