He will be addressing this matter with the media in a special press conference at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here at 12pm.

During the RTM’s ‘Bicara Naratif’ show on Sarawak’s action plan against Covid-19 on March 2, Abang Johari mentioned the state government would work out a strategic road map to stimulate the state’s economy affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

He said this approach was to enable the state to recover and enhance the economy after the crisis.

“The state has already laid out a 10-year road map for Sarawak to be one of the developed states in the country by 2030, and this is ongoing.

“And in this circumstance, we need to recover our consumption, and at the same time, we need to invest in strategic areas such as on infrastructure,” he said.
